Ciao! my friends.  Right now is a good time to start buying real estate again.  Interest rates are down and banks are starting to lend.  There is a good inventory of homes on the market.  Even if your not interested in adding to your portfolio you can purchase a home at these low prices and rates and offer it at a discounted rent to someone suffering from the current crisis.  I can't think of a better way to help someone.
